Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully. By accessing or participating in the Unlock Your Life Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all terms incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or participate in the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program. You can ensure you do not participate by unsubscribing from all emails or request that you be unsubscribed by contacting the Customer Support Team here.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards program in Canada which is operated by Ethos Solutions Inc. or its trade name Unlock Your Life and affiliated companies (collectively, "Unlock Your Life"). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Unlock Your Life for other products or services.

Changes to Terms

Unlock Your Life reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to www.unlockyourlifetoday.com so please check back from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards and can also unsubscribe or request to be unsubscribed from future Unlock Your Life Rewards emails by contacting us here.

Upon notice, Unlock Your Life may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward. The Program exists to offer additional bonus value to Unlock Your Life Customers; it is not a guaranteed service and may be withdrawn at any time and former Rewards Members will not be entitled to any compensation as a result.

Personal Use

Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the official adult age in their respective region or country.

Please read the Privacy Statement carefully to understand how Unlock Your Life collects, uses and discloses information about customers, how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.

About Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards

Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards is one way in which Unlock Your Life endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing Unlock Your Life products. This allows Unlock Your Life customers to become Rewards Members.

Joining Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards

Any customer who spends at least $9.50 USD from UnlockYourLifeToday.com or ThinkYourselfSlim.com will receive an email invitation to enroll in the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program. When you, the customer, join the Program, you become a Rewards Member and you will receive 1 point for every $1 USD you spend on any product from UnlockYourLifeToday.com or ThinkYourselfSlim.com (rounding up from every value 50 cents or more to 1 point, rounding down from any value of 49 cents or less to 0 points).

All digital products are hosted in Sendowl.com and Podia.com and ONLY sales originating from accounts held by Unlock Your Life or Think Yourself Slim on Sendowl.com or Podia.com (alias courses.unlockyourlifetoday.com), whether accessed via either website or on social media, via an affiliate link, in an email campaign or other source are ALL included in the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program if hosted on Sendowl.com or Podia.com (alias courses.unlockyourlifetoday.com).

Sales that do not take place in Sendowl.com or Podia.com (alias courses.unlockyourlifetoday.com) are excluded such as sales in iTunes, Google Play, Spotify, Youtube, Amazon).

Any revenue obtained from affiliate sales does not count towards points as you, the customer, will receive monetary rewards aka affiliate revenue from any sales via your affiliate account.

Should you not wish to join the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program, you, the customer can open the email and click the link to opt out of the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program. You will automatically be removed. Please note that, by unsubscribing from the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program, you automatically lose any points accrued to that date and time and these cannot be reinstated, should you wish to rejoin the Program at a later date.

Calculation of Points

Points are calculated based on the actual US dollar value spent, not the original purchase value of any product. The amount is the settled gross amount charged to you, the customer's, Paypal account or credit card. $1 USD equals 1 point. Therefore any product offered at no cost, any free gift, any and all discounts are all taken into consideration and only the settled gross amount paid by you, the customer, count as points toward the rewards program. Points will be converted into tiers.

Points are linked to tiers of benefits. As you cross each tier you will receive a free MP3 as well as other benefits. The tiers are:

Tier 1 Earthly Benefits after reaching 10 points

Tier 2 Sea Benefits after reaching 50 points

Tier 3 Sky Benefits after reaching 100 points

Tier 4 Heavenly Benefits after reaching 150 points

Benefits to you, the customer, may come in the form of discounts on products, exclusive products, free products, the opportunity to give feedback and other benefits not available to the general public.

You will be notified of your points and your tier level via email. You will automatically be moved to the next tier as you accrue points by purchasing MP3s, courses, programs or any other paid product from Unlock Your Life or Think Yourself Slim that is hosted on unlockyourlifetoday.com or thinkyourselfslim.com.

Points do not expire unless you, the customer, unsubscribe from the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards emails or request to be removed from the Program.

Exclusions from the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program

Any sales on Apple, Google, Amazon, Youtube, Spotify or any streaming service or any digital distributor that is NOT Podia.com or Sendowl.com does not constitute a sale and does not count towards rewards. Any fees to Apple, Youtube or any other streaming service do not count towards the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program as Unlock Your Life receives no customer data from these sales or streaming services.

Any past or future Membership fees do not count towards the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program as Memberships had their own rewards structures and delivered benefits through the Membership site to all Members.

Currency Exchange

All digital products are sold in USD on UnlockYourLifeToday.com and ThinkYourselfSlim.com and in courses.unlockyourlifetoday.com (aka Podia.com) . No currency exchange is applied to the value of your purchase for the purpose of determining how many points you have earned.

Withdrawal from the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program

You may withdraw from the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program at any time by unsubscribing from the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards mailing list or by contacting us through our Contact page here. Please understand that as soon as you unsubscribe, all reward points and tiers are reset to zero value and cannot be reinstated. You may rejoin the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program at any time but you will not be able to claim any past points if you have unsubscribed and, in unsubscribing, effectively withdrawn from the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program.

Termination of the Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Program

Unlock Your Life may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward. Unlock Your Life may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Reward Program Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Reward Program Terms and Conditions. Unlock Your Life reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member of the Rewards Program from participating in any aspect of the Program if Unlock Your Life deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following:

(a) acting in violation of these Reward Program Terms and Conditions; or

(b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Rewards Program or Site; or

(d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, aggressive, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behaviour or activity; or

(e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Unlock Your Life to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Rewards Program.

Any rewards, benefits, offers and free gifts are only intended for the recipient who legally owns the email address that is registered in the Rewards Program. Any sharing or publication of discount codes, specially offers, or any sharing, broadcasting, distribution (whether paid or unpaid) or reselling of Unlock Your Life products and services will result in the immediate and irrevocable removal of the customer from the Rewards Program.

Any decision Unlock Your Life makes relating to the termination or suspension of any customer's participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Unlock Your Life shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Terms and Conditions or intent of these Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Terms and Conditions. You are also bound by the general website Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

The laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada shall govern these Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards Terms and Conditions. Member hereby expressly consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in British Columbia for all matters arising in connection with these Unlock Your Life Customer Rewards and related Program's terms and conditions.
